We just finished up with our 2019 spring corn planting last week! Now all planter guys are focusing on getting our soybean crop in the ground. Our sprayers are also working hard to keep on top of our growing crops.
Today we have our silage chopper running in wheat. Wheat silage, also called Wheatlage, is a great feed stuffs for cattle. Wheat however is a fickle crop. You have to harvest it at exactly the right moisture, especially for wheatlage. Too wet or to dry and we will not be able to store it properly.
