Can you believe that we are already half way thru May? We have had a very wet winter and spring this year which means lots of getting stuck, some replanting, and sinkhole repairs.
Despite all of the water this spring things are in full swing here at SSF. We had planters out until 4am finishing up corn before the rain came. We are also delivering the last of 2018 corn and cleaning out grain bins.
Chris and his crew just started setting tobacco this week!
We also are now using a cool program called Drone Deploy where we can get up to date imagery of all of our farms.
