Silage harvest is almost underway. We are giving the corn just a few more days of drying to get the moisture content just right. Hopefully our silage crew will be running before the end of the week.
Our corn silage is used feed the cattle on our farm. What we use to fill up the silage pit this month should feed all of our cattle until June of 2020.
