It is almost wheat harvest time! We are expecting to have combines in the fields next week. Of course that all depends on how much rain we get between now and then. This is when the longest hours are put in at Seven Springs Farms. Our operators will work every day all day and into the night for two weeks or more to get the wheat out of the fields.
